We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. When we walked into the shop, we were welcome by Simon and he was very friendly and professional. We fell in love with one of the dining sets and bought it immediately. As it was a Sunday , Celine was not able to advise on the delivery time . She called me back to inform me of the delivery time without any reminders, as promised. The delivery team was also very professional. The table top had a crack and the replacement top was delivered the next day. Great customer experience!
