Approximately 3 months are required between order placement and delivery of imported products.
Any current sale/promotion will not be extended to past orders or past the stated promotion date.
As Mu Home encourages careful and informed decision on committing to our furniture, cancellation of in-store orders will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.
Mu Home offers a limited warranty that covers structural manufacturing issues for all our products commencing from the date of delivery. As such, said limited warranty does not cover negligence (including the use of harsh cleaning agents), misuse and wear and tear.
Mu Home will strive to fulfil delivery orders promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (eg. shipment, traffic, or adverse weather conditions). Consequently, such delays shall not warrant a refund or discount on the product to be delivered.
In the event of customer absence upon initial delivery, a second delivery attempt will incur delivery charges.
Inspection of all products delivered must be made and any defects have to be informed upon delivery. Refurbishment or exchange cost may apply otherwise.
Immediate notification of defective product during delivery will prompt arrangements for refurbishment or exchange, and shall not warrant a refund or discount.
Full payment is required upon receiving all products.
Disposal or relocation of old furniture can be arranged from $80
