We are located at 315 Outram Road, #07-05, Singapore. Come by and explore our pieces in person — we’d love to have you.
What are your operating hours?
We typically open daily from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Should you prefer an appointment, feel free to reach out to us so we can set a dedicated time just for you.
What types of furniture do you carry?
We offer a carefully curated selection of quality sofas (including fabric, leather, modular, and recliner options), dining tables (sintered stone or wood, ranging from cozy family sizes to large hosting formats), resort-inspired beds, and a small but elegant range of accent pieces. Every piece is chosen to help you build a beautiful, cohesive space.
Do you help with space planning?
Yes! We love helping customers create a complete look. Let us know what you’ve picked, and we’ll assist in ensuring everything works well together.
Where do your products come from?
Our furniture is sourced from carefully selected manufacturers in China, Vietnam, and Malaysia, known for quality craftsmanship and design.
What are the lead times for orders?
Lead times vary depending on the item:
Beds: 3 to 5 weeks
Other furniture: 5 to 12 weeks
If you need something urgently, please check with us — we may have ready stock available.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery in most cases. If there’s any exception (due to special circumstances), we’ll let you know clearly before purchase.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be processed if Mu Home cannot fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe, and no suitable replacement can be agreed upon.
What happens if I receive the wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologize for any error. In such cases, we:
Provide a loan set, OR
Allow you to use the current set while we expedite a correct one (2 to 5 weeks depending on supplier location).
Timeframes longer than this will be clearly communicated by our team. Compensation may be offered on a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to prevent misuse.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Mattresses: 10 years (prorated)
Furniture Structure: 1 to 3 years (depending on item)
Sofa Motor: 5 years
Storage Bed Hydraulics: 10 years
Can I get a discount if I saw a promotion after I already bought my furniture?
Promotions and discounts are valid only at the time of purchase. We’re unable to retroactively apply any deals to previous purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
