Mu Home – Terms & Conditions


1. Full or partial payments made are considered confirmation of your order and are non-refundable, unless Mu Home is unable to fulfill the order and no suitable replacement is preferred.

2. Delivery is complimentary for most orders within Singapore. In special cases where delivery fees apply, these will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

3. In the rare event of product defects or errors, Mu Home may provide a temporary loan set or allow continued use of the delivered item while a replacement is arranged.

4. Warranty coverage is as follows:

  • 10 years for mattresses
  • 1–3 years for furniture structures (depending on product)
  • 5 years for sofa motors
  • 10 years for storage bed hydraulics

5. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.

6. In cases involving defective or delayed orders, compensation or goodwill tokens may be extended at Mu Home’s discretion. These are considered gestures of goodwill and not entitlements.

7. Promotions and discounts are valid only at the time of purchase. Orders placed before a promotional event are not eligible for retroactive discounts, regardless of invoice date or value.

8. Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected furniture items will fit their intended space and can be delivered through building access points (e.g., lifts, staircases). Mu Home cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed measurement or access constraints.

9. Estimated lead times are based on information provided by our suppliers and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Should significant changes arise, customers will be updated accordingly. In the event of an extended delay (e.g., beyond four weeks from the estimated timeline), Mu Home may offer a goodwill gesture on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be provided if the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable extended period and no suitable replacement is agreed upon.

10. Any requests for delivery rescheduling or custom arrangements should be made at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, changes made within 48 hours — especially for earlier delivery — may not be feasible due to scheduling constraints. Our delivery routes are generally planned by districts. If a customer prefers a time outside of the standard slot allocated for their district, we will try our best to accommodate, subject to availability. In such cases, if special rerouting is necessary and affects other deliveries, additional logistical costs may apply and will be borne by the customer.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, from time to time, delivery schedules may be impacted by factors such as traffic, weather, or extended service times at earlier stops. Should you prefer not to wait, you are welcome to reschedule at your convenience. While we strive to minimize such delays, Mu Home is not obligated to offer compensation for circumstances outside of our control.

11. By placing an order or making a payment, customers acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined above.
